Because your order may contain items from different locations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items using live carrier rates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items using live carrier rates.
- Live Supplier Rates: Products imported via Shopify Collective are automatically added to a dedicated shipping profile that fetches real-time rates directly from the supplier.
- Customized to Your Cart: Because rates are item-dependent, your final shipping cost is tailored precisely to the contents of your cart.
- Evolving Catalog: As we add new suppliers, their specific shipping rates are automatically integrated into our checkout process.
2. Supported Countries
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- North America: United States, Canada.
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
- Asia: Israel, South Korea.
Note: We are always looking to expand. If your country is not listed, you can send us a request to look into adding your region.
3. Shipping Rates
- Domestic (US): Free shipping on orders over $50.00. Weight-based tiers range from $4.90 for economy up to $19.90 for heavy items.
- International: Real-time discounted rates from DHL Express, UPS®, and USPS are shown at checkout and based on live carrier data. For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or VAT fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
- Prepaid Duties: UPS® shipments support prepaid duties for a smoother customs process.
4. Shipping FAQ (The "Need to Know")
Why did I only receive part of my order? Because we curate products from multiple specialized suppliers, your items may be shipped from different locations. You may receive your order in multiple packages arriving at slightly different times.
How do I track my items? Once a supplier fulfills their portion of your order, the tracking number is automatically synced. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.
Order Timeline:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
- Handling Time: 2–5 business days (Monday – Friday). Please add 2 business days for orders requiring custom branding.
- Transit Time (Domestic US): 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time (International): 7–21 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days for domestic; 10–28 business days for international.
