Return & Refund Policy
At Protectors of Animal Cruelty Threats LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns for both defective products and customer remorse (change of mind), provided the items meet the condition requirements listed above.
2. Return Shipping
We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Fees and Charges
There are no restocking fees for any returned items. We believe in a transparent process where you receive the full value of your refund for eligible returns.
4. Sale Items and Exceptions
We do not have "final sale" items; our standard 30-day return policy applies to all products.
- Non-returnable items: For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as pet food), custom/personalized products, or hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
- Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please log in to your Account Portal, select the relevant product, and complete the Request Return form. If you do not have an account, please contact our support team at pact@reply.protectorsofanimalcrueltythreats.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at our support email if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.
Please note that in the event of a full refund, the portion of the sale originally designated for the 'PACT Fund' will be adjusted accordingly to ensure the integrity of our donation pool.
